BrickFlow is a pay-as-you-go service. You can cancel at any time. We generally do not refund partial months unless there was a technical failure on our end.
BrickFlow services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
We take pride in our uptime. However, if the BrickFlow service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a fault in our systems (excluding scheduled maintenance or force majeure), you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the downtime. Such requests must be made within 7 days of the incident.
If you believe you have been charged in error or have a valid claim for a refund based on technical failure, please contact our support team immediately.
