Cancellation & Refund Policy

At a Glance

BrickFlow is a pay-as-you-go service. You can cancel at any time. We generally do not refund partial months unless there was a technical failure on our end.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

BrickFlow services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the subsequent month.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.

3. Refunds for Technical Issues

We take pride in our uptime. However, if the BrickFlow service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a fault in our systems (excluding scheduled maintenance or force majeure), you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the downtime. Such requests must be made within 7 days of the incident.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you have been charged in error or have a valid claim for a refund based on technical failure, please contact our support team immediately.

Please include your account email, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 48 business hours.
